Tips to Building Your Self Confidence:
To have self confidence requires you to have a strong and positive self image, and your self-image is the picture and feelings we have about yourself in your mind. It's how you think and feel about yourself.
Another way to understand self-image is in regards to what is the "real" you and what is the "ideal" you. The real you is what you are today - but the ideal you is where you want to get to - your dreams, goals and aspirations.
The "real" you may feel anxious about your future, not sure of how you're really going to get on in life - but the "ideal" you is confident, self assured and successful (and probably wealthy too).
Problems with self confidence happen when you strive way too hard to catch up with your ideal self image. Your self confidence begins to dwindle as you find it harder and harder to achieve your ideals, and stress starts to creep in making it even more difficult to reach your goals.
However, your self image may not necessarily be totally accurate - believe it or not you already have a lot of good things going for you - it's just that you've been concentrating too hard on improving the bad things that you forgot all the great things about you.
Ways To Build Self Confidence:
So here's a few tips you'll hopefully find useful in boosting your self confidence:
1. Your self image is your mental picture of yourself - although it's a powerful perception of yourself, it's still in your head - so you can change it whenever you wish to something more powerful. This is never easy I know, but there's a great resource at the end of this article to help you - and it's free.
2. Your self image is structured based on how you behave around others - actors know and are aware of this - whenever they have to play a sad or depressed role, pretty soon they start to feel sad and depressed themselves, so they have special techniques they use to get them back to happy as soon as they finish filming. So whenever you feel sad or depressed or anxious, think about something that makes you happy and turn that feeling around instantly.
3. Probably the best tip I can give you, and the easiest, to get out of a bad feeling, is simply to sit down for 5 minutes, get comfortable and take some very deep breathes. This technique is very simple but very effective - it oxygenates your entire body and helps you relax - driving out those negative emotions. The Magic Hats I mention below teaches you the exact way to use deep breathing to great effect.
4. If you're struggling to reach your big goals and are getting disheartened, break them down in to several smaller goals that you feel are easier and quicker to accomplish. Achieving a goal, no matter how small, is a great self confidence booster.
5. Take some form of regular exercise - even if it's just a 15 minute walk round the block every day. Exercise releases "feel good" chemicals in your brain which boosts your spirit and helps pick up your self confidence too.

Instant Writing
Some of you writers out there will be busy watching for those odd moments when you can bring out your pen and paper and jot down a few words, anywhere, anytime.
You'll be surprised at what you can produce in those few snatched moments. And the more such moments you can find during the day, the greater your word count. some of my friends have written more than 1000 (Yes, ONE THOUSAND words) in those few moments that would otherwise have been wasted.
I make only one condition - don't reflect or correct - just write. I call this technique Instant Writing.
While you're beginning to develop that writing habit, think about your favourite books. Try to pinpoint why you like them. Is it the writing? The characters? The storylines?
And make sure to log on to my blogger and record your experiences. Tell me about your 'spare' moments; how many words you wrote; any surprises your writing turned up. People sometimes tell me they end up writing stuff they didn't even know was floating around in their minds.
Can't wait to hear from you.

How to enhance a Relationship, relationship helps, healthy relationships india, relationship advices india.
In any relationship it takes work and effort. Friendships, Marriages, Dating or just casual get-togethers can go in many directions and can build and grow depending on how much time, effort and willingness on both parties to make it worthwhile.
To me a great relationship is one that is interesting, good conversation, common interests and plenty of room for trying new things and being spontaneous. No body likes to get into a rut. Doing things the way you have always done them will lead to the same old results.
When two people first meet, either as friends, acquaintances, or lovers its always fresh, new, exciting and something to look forward to, simply because its not predictable and each person is learning about the other person.
First objective is to know what you want out of it - Do you want this to be long-term, short-term or just a hit and run.
Second you have to be know how much you are willing to give - How much time will you have to put into the relationship.
Third you must recognize where you are in your life - Are you ready to settle down, are you just getting your feet wet, or are you starting over after many years of prior involvement with someone else?
Now that, we have covered the basics here are some ways to make a relationship stronger no matter where you fit on the love meter.
Find out what your partner likes the most, what are they passionate about, then make sure that you find time to include this activity on your calendar, become enthusiastic about what makes them happy, be pleasant to be around, look for ways to show them that you are thinking of them.
Look for opportunities to have a date with the person you are in a relationship with, set a date, get dressed to the nines, wear their favorite perfume or cologne and then show up with a rose, card or beer which ever works.
Role play, now this is something that can really bring out a side of your partner that you never knew about. Call them at home or work and tell them to meet you somewhere like a bar, hotel, park, movie theatre, coffee house, parking lot, grocery store, gas station, bowling alley, you get the idea.
Next when they arrive at the location have some one other than yourself deliver them a note.... in the note have specific instructions about what character you want them to portray when they meet ( basically they need to be someone or something other than what they have been so far) for example if they are a passive type personality, tell them to be aggressive and vice versa.
Now that both of you have assumed your alter ego roles, go somewhere and play it out. Say if you decide to have your mate meet you at a public place, one of you shows up first then the other arrives later approaching as if a stranger and see how interesting it gets when the dialogue is changed.
Join a activity group together - get with other couples and go hiking or have a camp fire.
Learn a new hobby or sport - play a round of golf or go horse back riding, mountain climbing, or boat sailing together.
Cook together - pick a recipe that is new and get the ingredients and prepare it together and then eat it in the middle of the dining room floor (bare-feet required)
Have Story-Time before bed - read a book, each one taking turns.Or if you have a crazy imagination make up a story to tell.
Write each other a poem or love letter and stick it in their purse or travel bag when they are not looking.
Go to an adult toy store together and act like you don't know each other.
Go to a book store like Barnes and Nobles, give each other a project, one of you has to find a book on a particular topic and the other one has to find a book on the same topic and compare notes ( did you pick the same book?)
Pretend like you are to kids that have not grown up and throw all the grown up stuff out the window for one day and see what happens!
Either way it all starts with what you want out of your relationship, if you meet a dud, they will stay a dud!
